Health and Safety Policy Statement
Aircon Refrigeration Ltd will ensure the highest health, safety and welfare standards at work of all of our employees and sub contractors to ensure the safety of anyone who might be affected by our undertakings by:
- Seeking to provide and maintain safe plant, and equipment and systems of work, which are safe and minimise risks to health safety and the environment?
- Seeking to provide and maintain safe plant, and equipment and systems of work, which are safe and minimise risks to health safety and the environment?
- Implementing safe practices and procedures in connection with the use, handling, storage transport and disposal of articles and substances which may be hazardous to health
- Providing appropriate information, instruction, training, supervision and assessment for all staff including new recruits and existing employees to enable them to cope with the health and safety management of their responsibilities associated with their job role
- Provision of adequate welfare facilities and arrangements for our employees whilst at work whether on our own premises or the premises of our clients.
- Conducting operations in such a way that we do not endanger the health safety or welfare of members of the public or other company’s employees.
- Supplying equipment and products that are safe and free from risk when be properly used
- Encouraging ALL our employees to achieve and maintain the highest health and safety standards
- Implementing, Developing, and reviewing policies, procedures and standards to achieving working conditions which are healthy, safe and environmentally friendly
Compliance with company policy will assure all individuals that they are fulfilling their statutory duties and is enforced throughout the organisation. Regular reviews and audits will be carried out periodically to ensure this policy is effective and ingrained in the day to day operation of Aircon Refrigeration Ltd
